Hi,

Just a quick update: Dennis went to the urologist and he told Dennis that the bleeding is being caused by the chemo irritating things down below.....whatever that means. Anyway the Dr. put him on a stronger antibiotic and said it should help and he also told Dennis that he is a "rare one" to have breast cancer. That seems to be the consensus of anyone who hears his diagnosis. Dennis is feeling much better today and Ed and Teri have invited us to come up to their place and spend the next few days celebrating the 24th, Benson's Birthday, and just hanging out with them. It sounded great to us to have a change of scenery, so we are leaving tomorrow, (Wednesday) and won't be back until next Monday (July 28th). They are having their "Fair" days and Brooke is competing with her horse on Monday morning, so we wanted to be there for that too. Sounds fun and so you probably won't hear from us until after his next treatment (Wed. July 30th).

I went into the Dr. today and he did some blood work for my diabetes, for thyroid possibilities, and did an ekg on my heart which was beating out of my chest...so he upped my heart pill from 180 mg to 240 mgs. (Of no interest to you, but I want it for my records)
Bone Dex looked good he said, which makes me wonder what the back surgeon was drinking when he looked at my x-rays and said I had a terrible case of osteoporosis. Sooo, after I get the rest of the blood results I just keep on truckin' .

We hope you have a fun holiday week and we know we will too. It's always great to be with the family.

Love to you all, remember: "WE BELIEVE IN MIRACLES"!!!!!!!

Dear Marilyn and Dennis-

We are so glad to hear how things are going with you both. You are certainly in our prayers and hope that if there is any way that we can help, you would let us know.

Also, Marty Bingham is in our ward, I asked him about you and he had a very sweet story to share.

Anyway, we missed you last Sunday, we were visiting for Cameron Anderson's homecoming and had hoped to check in with you.

We send our love and prayers,
